Annual Funding Programme for City Council:
More Investment in the Cycling City: Having reviewed the Draft Annual Plan Spokes would like to make the following comments:
• That Council formally reconfirms commitment to Christchurch Cycling Strategy
• That Council recognises that current levels of investment in cycling are not meeting the Councils stated goals of increasing cyclist commuter trips...
