City Council strategy to prioritise and manage vehicle parking in the city:

Overall, Spokes is very supportive of this proposal to manage parking provision in the city in a clear and consistent manner. The flow-on effects to transportation planning policies in general will make for a more balanced transportation network for all road users. This will certainly benefit cyclists and, while there are often winners and losers in the short term, we believe that it will enhance the city for all in the long term...
