Totally agree Alan - These are sites I look forward to reading daily. I have also been following the Austin Bike Blog site

which has some great links into commuter cycling in the USA. Have yet to find any good English (UK) sites.

Sadly I'm off my bike for a couple of week while the Doctors work out why I have an irregular heartbeat. Will just have to walk more for exercise.

There's been a bit about mothers cycling with kids on Copenhagenize lately....

Not being forced to share the roads with motor-vehicles makes cycling practicable by all demographic groups in Japan.
