Japanese Mothers Using Bikes to Collect Children From School & Kindergarten.

I wish we saw scenes like this outside schools and kindergartens in Christchurch. Follow this link to the YouTube website.

Slowbikes & Copenhagenize

Totally agree Alan - These are sites I look forward to reading daily. I have also been following the Austin Bike Blog site

http://austinbikeblog.org/

which has some great links into commuter cycling in the USA. Have yet to find any good English (UK) sites.

Sadly I'm off my bike for a couple of week while the Doctors work out why I have an irregular heartbeat. Will just have to walk more for exercise.

Cheers

Thanks for that Keith.

There's been a bit about mothers cycling with kids on Copenhagenize lately....

Not being forced to share the roads with motor-vehicles makes cycling practicable by all demographic groups in Japan.
