CHAINLINKS NEEDS YOUR IMAGES & PHOTOS
The editors of Chainlinks, the CAN newsletter require images that are funny, interesting, arresting, quirky, even tragic, or simply feature a bike somewhere in the fore/background. Each picture should be accompanied by a caption.

3. WATCH OUT FOR TRAM TRACKS IN WINTER!!!
A warning to Spokesters and any of your cycling colleagues to be very careful when crossing the tram tracks in town especially on days when the road may be dry but moisture is present on the rails. The safety signs aren’t obvious to cyclists at the best of times but are too invisible to cyclists intent on negotiating these hazards. It is time for a word with the council about this issue so we’ll keep you informed. In the meantime take care and cross them as perpendicularly as possible where the cycleway and tracks converge.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. DISTINCTIVE STOLEN BIKE
Frances Adank has had a vintage black woman's bike stolen. She asks that anyone has seen it to let her know - 353 9731 (W) or 385 1040 (H) or text her on 027 221 5259. She is prepared to offer a reward for any information leading to its return - $100 as the bike has sentimental value.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. READ e.CAN
e.CAN, the regular CAN email bulletin can be read by going to www.can.org.nz and selecting Newsletters from the list on the left hand side of the screen. Better still, we would urge you to join CAN and have e.CAN sent to you which will also enable Spokes to increase its funds from the levy within your CAN sub.
